The Challenge
MG Coaching was growing rapidly, partnering with mid-to-large organizations to deliver high-value professional development programs. However, their existing setup — a combination of Zoom links, Google Sheets, shared drives, email reminders, and basic LMS tools — was creating serious friction for both clients and their internal team.
Main customer pain-points were
- No centralized location for course content, schedules, materials, and assignments.
- Manual tracking of participant progress and completion — extremely time-consuming.
- Difficult to provide meaningful reports to corporate clients (completion rates, engagement, quiz scores).
- Poor learner experience – employees had to juggle multiple tools and logins.
- High volume of support emails asking “where is the next module?”, “did I complete this?”, “when is the live session?”.
- Scaling was becoming painful — more clients meant more manual work.
